Hi Everyone,
Here is a card made with the foil it machine
I printed a black and white image from clip art, them put it through my foil it laminator using red foil.
I use distress inks to go round the edges of the card. a corner punch was used on the corners.
On a black piece of card I used spellbinders edgeabilities to make the border. I used 5 silver candi along the bottom of the card but used a red copic pen to colour them so they matched in with the red foil of the main image. (I think these turned out great) I matted this onto a white card and used the distress ink round the edges.

A card for a friend
Hi Everyone,
Here is a pretty card I made for a friend’s birthday, she
thought it was wonderful and that it must have taken a long time, but in
reality it is very quick and easy.
I used a picture from a kit called diggity dog (I think). Mounted
it onto white card then onto a pink scalloped card, this was then mounted on to
the large scallop matted with white. Finally I place it onto a patterned A4
piece of card that was folded. The flowers were made using a small flower
punch. You need to cut out 3 for each flower. There are plenty of videos on you
tube showing you how to make the flowers if you’re not sure on the method.
I place a strip of fancy paper along the bottom edge of the
card, cut out a tag and place a peel off on top of it.
I was very pleased with the card.

steam punk
Hello,
I have had a lovely Easter break and it was a shock to the system to have to get up this morning and go to work
I spent a fair bit of time crafting and trying out new techniques.
For this card I use an embossing folder I then rubbed the image over with distressed inks. I added some gems around the neck, on the bodice and in the cogs. The lady was from a set of daisy trail Cd's (which I am getting into) I inked round the edge of a white card and matted a pink card onto this. This was my first attempt at steam punk and I was very pleased with it.
Inspiration again came from seeing one of Sue Wilson’s cards, date Tuesday, 20 March 2012.
Thanks for stopping by,
Sally
